1. Use of This Website
This site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, templates, and downloads) are the property of Flourish Foundry unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may browse and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

2. Digital Products (The Corner Store)
All template and digital product purchases through the Corner Store are for a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license unless otherwise stated on the product listing. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our templates as your own design work.
Digital products are non-refundable once purchase and download/access has occurred, due to the nature of digital goods, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Product mockups and demo images are for illustration; final results depend on your own customization.

3. Services (Branding, Web Design, Template Customization, Support)
Services booked through our client portal (HoneyBook) are governed by the separate signed service agreement/contract you receive during booking, which takes precedence over these general website terms for anything related to scope, payment, timeline, and deliverables.
These website Terms govern your use of the website itself (inquiring, browsing, reading content) — not the specific terms of a design project, which live in your individual contract.

4. Payments
Payments for services are processed through HoneyBook; payments for shop purchases are processed through our website's e-commerce checkout. We do not store your full payment card details — that information is handled directly by our payment processors.

5. Affiliate Links
This site contains affiliate links (including but not limited to HoneyBook, Flodesk, Showit, Thrive Market, Hustle Sanely, and ClassPass). If you make a purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site, including website design, brand assets, blog content, podcast content, and downloadable freebies, remains the intellectual property of Flourish Foundry. Client project work (branding, websites) becomes the property of the client per the terms of their individual service agreement, unless otherwise stated in that agreement.
